Reporter, Jack McGee has been pursuing the Incredible Hulk since the day he was born. Believing that the Hulk caused the deaths of Dr David Banner and Dr Elaina Marks during a lab explosions, he made it his life’s mission to Hulk down this dangerous creature and bring him to justice. Along the way McGee discovers many of the Hulk secrets, comes face to face with Banner once again, and uses different methods in attempt to catch the Hulk. After chasing the Hulk for many years are McGee's intentions still as noble as they once were?

A scientist who has recently lost his wife, Dr. David Banner, finds himself in the heart of a catastrophic experiment. As a result, anytime Banner becomes overly angry or stressed, he transforms into the Incredible Hulk, a gigantic green monster with superhuman power and wrath. To avoid being found, Banner leads a nomadic life, moving from town to town in quest of a cure and offering assistance where he can, all the while dodging the prying eyes of journalist Jack McGee, who seeks to expose Banner and the Hulk. "Don't make me angry. You wouldn't like me when I'm angry." He is the Incredible Hulk.
