The serpent is coiled around the sun,
The ritual’s ending has just begun.
Fuzz in the marrow, lead in the veins,
Breaking the links of the earthly chains.
The high priestess whispers a word of old,
A story of fire that was never told.
We’re sinking deeper into the gloom,
Inside the ribs of the cosmic tomb.
