Freedom Fighters Remixed – project status update (RTX Remix)

I’ve recently decided to spend more time on this project, which led me to fully reset the mod.
The previous version had too many technical issues, and the overall quality didn’t meet my expectations.

With the help of Xorxor4d, major culling issues have been resolved, which was one of the biggest blockers in earlier builds.

As you can see in the video, PBR materials are still mostly missing. At this stage, materials were not the main focus — the priority has been lighting, scene stability, and core technical groundwork. Materials will be addressed in later iterations.

The project is officially back in active development.
This time the goal is to build solid foundations first, instead of relying on isolated “good-looking” screenshots.

The video is a short edited showcase of the current state — previously the game looked good only in carefully selected frames; now the focus is on achieving consistent results across full scenes.
