Problem:
Everything is a PROCESS. Doing something (which I now call a process) the same way for years, perhaps even decades on end without any forethought about the process or the values I place on it.

More importantly is the amount of time that I am frustrated with that process.
Time, once passed, will never return.
Time is the great equalizer.

I thought that the knowledge I had gained through trial and error to determine that I needed 3.25 minutes of drying time per pound of wet clothes was good; it wasn't. What did I learn? Question pretty much everything. I also re-learned that Good is the enemy of Great.

Improvement assessment
1 - Did I make it SAFER? It wasn't an issue
2a - Did it diminish the QUALITY? No
2b - Did I make it BETTER? Yes
3 - Did I make it EASIER / SIMPLER? Yes / No, it wasn't an issue
4 - Did I make it FASTER / SPEEDIER? Hell yes
5 - Did I make it CHEAPER? Hell yes
