Soft and fluffy Zebra Butter Cake. 蓬松湿润的斑马牛油蛋糕。

Zebra Butter Cake

Ingredients:

250g Butter
240g Self raising flour
180g Castor sugar
5 nos Egg
50ml Milk
20g Cocoa powder

Steps:

1) Cream together the softened Butter and castor sugar which divided into 3 portions and add in portion by portion until light and
fluffy.
2) Add the eggs, once at a time, mixing well after eath addition make fully incorporated before adding the next.
3) Slowly add in the milk to the batter while continuing to mix until fully incorporated.
4) Add in self raising flour,  mix until combined.
5) Scoop  half of the batter and stir with the Cocoa powder until well combined.
6) Add 3 tablesspoons of plain batter into the 8 inches round pan brush with butter and shield the bottom with parchment paper.
7) Add 3 tablespoons of chocolate batter on top of plain batter.
8) Continue alternately batters in this manner.
9) Use a chopstick to draw the line on top of the batter.
10) Bake in a preheat oven at 170c for 50 minutes.

Reminder:
After add in the flour, mix it gently with a rubber spatula to avoid over mixing and resulted too much gluten developing.

Tip:
14 to16 layers to achieve a perfect zebra effect.

斑马牛油蛋糕

 材料:

250克 牛油
240克 自发粉
5颗 鸡蛋
180克 细砂糖
50毫升 牛奶
20克 可可粉

做法:

1)将软化牛油和细砂糖(分三次加入)搅拌至轻盈蓬松。
2)鸡蛋逐个加入,每次都要充分搅拌均匀。完全融合。
3)边倒入牛奶,边搅拌。拌均。
4)加入自发粉,轻盈翻拌。
5)舀出一半面糊,加入可可粉混合。
6)加入3汤匙原味面糊进8寸圆形烤盘已刷上牛油及底部铺上烘焙纸。
7)再加入3汤匙巧克力面糊在原味面糊的正中央。
8) 继续以此方式交替加入面糊。
9)用竹签在蛋糕的表面轻轻画出线条。
10)放入预热烤箱170度50分钟。

 切记:加入粉类后,轻盈翻拌,避免过度搅拌以至过度起筋。

贴士:
14 至16 层以达到完美的斑马效果。
