झटपट खमण ढोकळा करण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
• १ १/२ कप बेसन
• १/२ कप दही
• अर्ध्या कपापेक्षा थोडंसं कमी पाणी
• बारीक चिरलेली कोथिंबीर
• हळद
• चवीनुसार मीठ
• पिठीसाखर
• १~२ मोठे चमचे तेल
• १ चमचा बेकिंग पावडर
• १ कप पाणी
• तेल
• १ चमचा मोहरी
• चिमूटभर हिंग
• १ चमचा पांढरे तीळ
• २~३ पोट फोडलेल्या हिरव्या मिरच्या

Let’s see how to make fluffy, instant khaman dhokla today. This is a very easy and simple recipe. We are using neither baking soda nor fruit salt. We are using baking powder!! This dhokla turns out nice, fluffy and spongy perfectly like the one that we buy from any halwai. We already have seen different dhokla recipes. This is yet another delicious addition to the list. It looks tempting and tastes just awesome. It gets perfect perforated texture too!! Try this recipe at home and write to me. You also can like, share and subscribe.

Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 cup Besan
• 1/2 cup Curd
• A little less than 1/2 cup Water
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves
• Turmeric powder
• Salt to taste
• Powdered Sugar
• 1~2 tbsp Oil
• 1 tsp Baking powder
• Oil
• 1 tsp Mustard seeds
• A pinch of Hing
• 1 tsp white Sesame seeds
• 2~3 slit Green chilies

Method:
• Sieve besan well once into a bowl and add curd, water, salt, turmeric powder and 1 tbsp oil.
• You can use 1 cup buttermilk in place of curd and water.
• Mix well and beat the mixture at least 5 minutes.
• Grease a dish well with oil and keep it aside.
• Add baking powder and mix well quickly.
• You can use 1 sachet on Eno fruit salt in place of baking powder.
• Pour the batter into the dish and tap the dish.
• Heat up about 1” water in a steamer and place a stand at the bottom.
• When the water begins to boil, transfer the dish on the stand in the steamer and cover the
steamer.
• Steam the dhokla on medium to high for about 10-12 minutes.
• Check with a knife. If it comes out clean, it means the dhokla is steamed well.
• Let the dhokla cool down a little and loosen the edges with the help of knife.
• Cut the dhokla into pieces.
• Mix powdered sugar, salt and water and let sugar dissolve completely.
• Pour this water on the dhokla.
• For tadka heat up 1 tbsp oil in a tadka pan and add mustard seeds.
• When mustard seeds pop up, add hing, white sesame seeds and green chilies and cover the tadka
just for about 2-3 minutes.
• Pour the takda on the dhokla and take the pieces out. Dhokla is ready.
