On January 16, Yuvraj Mehta’s car plunged into a water-filled basement at Plot A-3, Sector 150, Noida. The pit was nearly 30–40 feet deep. Despite the presence of multiple emergency agencies the Police, Fire Service, Disaster Management Cell, and even the NDRF no timely response could save his life.
