Ingredients
Spices

☐ 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
☐ 1 1/2 tsp ground ginger
☐ 1/2 tsp ground cloves
☐ 1/4 tsp ground allspice
☐ 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
☐ 1/4 tsp salt

Rest of the Dough
☐ 2 1/4 cups All purpose flour (g)
☐ 12 tbsp butter, softened (not melted)
☐ 1/3 cup granulated sugar
☐ 1/3 cup packed dark brown sugar
☐ 1 egg yolk
☐ 1 tsp vanilla extract
☐ 1/2 cup light or dark molasses
