The vertical ovens are hot air ovens which are able to handle the finishing of products requiring long drying times in limited spaces. The vertical oven is the solution designed for the flash-off or drying of water-based products, solvent with or without UV cross-linking in spray painting and curtain coating processes.
The ovens are available with a conveyor system with trays or belts and there are configurable flash-off, drying and cooling processes combined with each other in relation to the finishing process in which they are integrated. The mechanical structure is made with criteria of maximum strength and reliability while the ventilation is designed to obtain the highest level of performance in terms of quality and energy savings.

I forni verticali sono forni ad aria calda in grado di gestire prodotti vernicianti che necessitano di lunghi tempi di essiccazione in spazi limitati. Il forno verticale è la soluzione studiata per l’appassimento od essiccazione di prodotti a base acqua, solvente con o senza reticolazione UV in processi di verniciatura a spruzzo e a velatrice.
I forni sono disponibili con sistema movimentazione dei pezzi verniciati a cestelli o a tappeti, e sono configurabili processi di appassimento, essiccazione e raffreddamento combinati tra loro in relazione al processo di verniciatura in cui vengono integrati. La struttura meccanica è realizzata con criteri di massima robustezza e affidabilità mentre la ventilazione viene gestita per ottenere il massimo livello prestazionale in termini qualitativi e di risparmi energetico.
