Welcome to a channel from a member of the Southport Fell Walking Club, a thriving community of outdoor enthusiasts who share a passion for fell walking and exploring Britain’s finest landscapes.

🚶 Who We Are
Founded to promote the enjoyment of the countryside and the spirit of fell walking, our club offers regular group walks on some of the most breathtaking routes in the UK — including the Lake District, Snowdonia, the Yorkshire Dales, and the Peak District.

Our members are active, sociable, and share a deep appreciation for the outdoors. We welcome new walkers who are reasonably fit and capable of walking up to 10 miles with 2,000ft of ascent.

🚌 How We Operate
We travel by private coach, with pickup points including Formby and Tarleton, and provide a selection of walks on each outing to suit varying preferences and fitness levels. Walks are led by experienced members, and full route information is shared in advance to help you choose confidently.

Outings take place fortnightly throughout the year, with additional weekend events organised for those looking to explore further afield.
