The Delhi High Court has sought the Union Public Service Commission’s (UPSC) response on a plea demanding a one percent reservation for blind and low-vision candidates in the Combined Medical Services Examination (CMSE). The bench, led by Chief Justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya and Justice Tushar Rao Gedela, issued notices to UPSC, the Department of Personnel and Training, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, and the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities.
