It’s all starts with an idea.

The first is a creative process when the sketch appears in a digital format, with all the adjustments possible and impossible to perform.

Once the digital sketch is ready, the sublimation printing follows.
“Sub-li-what-now?!” You may ask, it’s a method of printing that transfers a design into a material or fabric using ink and heat.
It allows whole garment prints — designs that go seam-to-seam.

A design is printed onto special paper and then only the calendering process starts, when both the paper and the fabric are passed between calendar rollers at high temperatures and pressures. 
All the fabrics we use are recycled, ocean balance (TM) technologies.
Made out of PET bottles, plastic waste caught from the ocean, old fishing nets, or recycled polyester.
At this stage we receive completed and colored garments, ready for the laser cut and sewing.
For the labels and tags we use heat transfer, it's more sustainable, as doesn’t require additional paper/ material and seaming job.

After its sewed manually, we pack it with QC packaging, using a recycled paper bag, and so it is ready to ship!
