• THREE DESPERATE ROBBERS OF THE RISHI SURAKHPURIA GANG ARRESTED.
• DIRECTION FOR FIRING WAS RECEIVED FROM GANG LEADER ARRESTED IN MACOCA CASE AT TIHAR JAIL.
• SEVERAL RAIDS CONDUCTED ON THEIR HIDEOUTS.
• TWO COUNTRY-MADE PISTOLS, THREE EMPTY CARTRIDGES, ONE GOLD CHAIN, AND TWO ROBBED GOLD RINGS WERE RECOVERED FROM THEIR INSTANCE.

 BRIEF DETAILS OF INCIDENT:-
On 03.04.2022 a PCR call regarding firing at home at Mahavir Enclave Part-III Delhi was received in the police station at about 11:45 pm after which police reached the spot and found the caller namely Amit S met at the spot and stated that at about 11:30 pm four masked gunmen forcefully entered his home one of which fired one shot towards the roof to threaten him. The one who fired the shot then took Rs 1000/- from him. Two of them snatched one gold chain and three gold rings from his wife, and fled the scene. While fleeing the assailant fired two more rounds. One damaged bullet lead .315 bore was recovered from the spot. A case vide FIR No 328/2022 U/s 392/397/452/34 IPC & 25/27 Arms Act PS Dabri Delhi was registered and a hunt for the suspects was started.

 GIST OF INVESTIGATION EFFORTS:-
The crack team of PS Dabri Delhi under the supervision of Insp Surinder Sandhu SHO Dabri consists of SI Vivek Maindola, ASI Dharmender, HC Manish, Ct Krishan and Ct Jhabbar also reached the spot and collected maximum information about the accused and crime. The above-said team made coordinated efforts under the supervision of Insp Surinder Sandhu SHO/PS Dabri Delhi and analyzed several CCTV footage of the area in which it was found that the assailants straightway went to the house of the complainant, committed the robbery, and then fled away on foot from the scene. The crack team worked all night and activated their information network which finally paid off when on 04.04.2022, Ct Krishan received secret information about one of the accused namely Lovekush after which the accused Lovekush was arrested and one broken gold chain was recovered from his instance. On 12.04.2022, accused Mohd Ladla S/o Abdul Jabbar Khan R/o E-117 JJ Colony Sector-1 Dwarka Delhi age 26 years and Laxman @ Gandhi @ Pushpender Chauhan S/o Brijpal R/o A-1/63, Madhu Vihar Delhi were arrested in the present case from Dwarka Court as they have surrendered in IGIS Crime Branch Dwarka Delhi.
 INTERROGATION:-
During interrogation, the accused confessed to committing the crime along with his associates namely Ladla, Santosh @ Bavwa, and Laxman @ Gandhi on the direction of Rishi Surakhpur from Tihar Jail.
Thereafter the above-said team then focussed on the remaining accused persons and raided their several hideouts. The team worked tirelessly and accused namely Ladla and Laxman @ Gandhi were nabbed by the IGIS Crime Branch.
On 13.04.2022, the two days PC remand of both the accused was taken from the Hon’ble court during which one firearm and one gold ring each were recovered from each accused from their respective hideouts. Three empty cartridges were also recovered on the instance of accused Ladla from his residence. They were interrogated in which Ladla revealed that the arms were provided by one person of Surakhpur on the directions of Gangster Rishi Surakhpur on 02.04.2022. He also told that Gangster Rishi called him from Tihar Jail and directed him to collect money his name. Subsequently, he along with his associates attacked his house of Amit and fired at his house. Accused Ladla is previously involved in the three cases of grievous hurt and robbery whereas Laxman @ Gandhi is the first-time offender.

• Lovekush @Jeetu S/o Rajinder R/o Madhu Vihar Delhi age 25 years.
• Mohd Ladla S/o Abdul Jabbar Khan R/o JJ Colony Sector-1 Dwarka Delhi age 26 years.
• Laxman @ Gandhi @ Pushpender Chauhan S/o Brijpal R/o Madhu Vihar Delhi.

• FIR No. 506/21, U/s 326/341/34 IPC PS Dabri.

 RECOVERY:-
• One Gold chain.
• Two gold Rings.
• Two country-made Pistol.
• Three empty cartridges.
