In this video, we're going to look at 3 examples of Zillow Pre-Foreclosure listings and how they need to be researched. I'll show 3 different local properties that are listed as "Pre-Foreclosures". I'll show exactly how I researched them to find out where they stand in the foreclosure process.

This is my biggest Zillow issue...these "pre-foreclosure" listings are mostly just a lead and revenue source for Zillow. Most of these listings never come to the market. Total waste of time!!!
