Most common exercises that can hurt your pelvic floor (and how to do them right)

Описание к видео Most common exercises that can hurt your pelvic floor (and how to do them right)

If you have diastasis recti, prolapse, bladder leakage, or any type of core or pelvic floor dysfunction, be careful with double leg drops, crunches, planks, and squats! In this video I'll show you how these moves are often done WRONG (in ways that can hurt your pelvic floor)... and then I show you how to do them right.

As always, listen to YOUR body and do what's best for your personal core/pelvic floor needs. For individualized advice, contact a pelvic floor physiotherapist in your area. And to learn more about prolapse, check out my Ultimate Beginner's Guide: https://bit.ly/prolapseguide
