-Three mudras ( hand gestures ) I like to practice to channel the pranic energy from my hands in to my body and connect to the lunar energy
Two Chandra mantras to awaken the creative and intuitive energies and connect to the cycle of the moon
One pranayama ( yogic breath technique ) to channel prana into the lunar energy channel.

The mudras demonstrated are :
PADMA mudra ( Lotus mudra )
SHAKTI mudra ( symbol of Shakti, the feminine energy)
YONI mudra ( gesture of the womb, symbol of the feminine creative energy)

The mantras are :
1)OM SOM SOMAYA NAMAHA
2)OM SHRAAM SHREEM SHRAUM SAH CHANDRAYA NAMAHA
