3 pcs (280 g)marrow squash
2-3 gloves garlic (chopped)
1 slice whole medium onion
1 tsp fish sauce (patis)
1 medium beaten egg
1 chicken cube
3 cups water
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
oil for sauteing garlic and onions


MEAT BALLS MIXTURE:
450 g minced chicken or pork
A handful chopped of cilantro or kinchay or celery
2 tbsp chopped carrots
1 chopped whole medium onion
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 tbsp corn flour or starch
