This video captures NYS ENCON Police officer Nathan Paul Favreau abusing his power squashing a photographers 1st amendment rights. He was out of jurisdiction at a car accident where 3 New York State Police already had the scene under control. Mr. Favreau tried to force me to leave yelling in my face and asking me for ID. He had no right to confront me or ask me for my ID without having any reasonable articulable suspicion that I have broken the law. On top of that he assaulted me and illegally detained me.
