For this recipe, you will need:
🔸 Ingredients
4 Jinga Rice Cake Sticks
6 cups Water
13 ½ oz Radish, sliced
3 oz Big Green Onion
1 ½ tbsp Soup Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Tuna Fish Sauce
1 tbsp Anchovy Fish Sauce
7-8 Dried Anchovies
1 sheet, HAIO Dried Kelp
½ Onion, cut in half
8 Fish Cake Sheet Skewers
Extra Fish Cakes, as preferred
2 Korean Spicy Green Chili Peppers
2 Shiitake Mushrooms
Korean Crown Daisy Leaves

🔸 Dipping Sauce
2 cups Jin Ganjang (Soy Sauce)
1 cups Soup Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Gochugaru
1 ½ tsp Vinegar
2 Korean Spicy Green Chili Peppers, sliced
½ Onion, cubed
1 tbsp Garlic, minced
¼ cup Big Green Onion, chopped
