Today I'm taking some tree cuttings, these cuttings are from the weeping willow tree I grew, so that I can propagate more of these trees for shade and weaving in years to come.
This is such an easy propagation method and willow trees have so many uses.
Many many years ago, my Aunty Ethel grew one of these from a switch that was given her, and that little cutting it still alive today, over 60 years later!
This is the exact method she used, which is simple and easy and may kick start your love of growing more hardwood cuttings so that one day, you have a whole forest!
