Aalok Rathod is the Co-Founder & Creative Director of Uncia Productions, a media production and creative consulting firm based in New York City.

Aalok began his career in Investment Banking working with JP Morgan right out of college. Having worked in Finance, IT and Retail, Aalok was bitten by the storytelling bug while taking summer courses at Harvard University.
What began merely as an experiment turned into a full time career dedicated to creating narratives that cut across cultural barriers.

Aalok believes that great stories lie at the intersection of culture and human emotions. By creating a space for diverse narratives, Aalok hopes to bring the world a little closer one episode at a time.
