It's possible to open Apple Pages files in Windows so you can either simply view them or even edit them. In this video we show you how to do both and how to also use the Google Drive Cloud Convert feature to convert your Pages document to a Word, PDF or text file.

In the section where the document was opened in Google Docs, you can actually highlight a text box and click the Edit button to edit the text in a new window and it will be updated in the document.
