Reverse flow BBQ Smoker from water heater tank

Описание к видео Reverse flow BBQ Smoker from water heater tank

This is a reverse flow smoker built from an old hot water heater tank. I had some time off of work and started building this. I ended up getting shipped off to Texas to work on a brewery expansion before I finished so it took me quite awhile to find the free time to get it completed. It took approximately 80 hours to build this; it would have probably been less if I could have built it all in one session. Thanks to Skoggit, How To Guru, Grandkvisten, smokinhornsbbq, and chucke2009 for inspiring videos that gave me plenty of ideas. I stick welded this entire project. No fancy tools required. Cuts were made with an abrasive chop saw or a 4 1/2" angle grinder. Fancy tools are nice but people can do interesting projects like this within a reasonable tool budget.
Tools used in this build:
Tape measure, various levels, square, angle finder level, abrasive chop saw, 4 1/2" angle grinder with stone wheels and cutting wheels, drill and bits, ball peen hammer, welder and welding accessories, and a wrench
