This footage was taken December 12th directly after the Skagit River crested at it's all time high. Footage is of Sedro-Woolley, Mount Vernon & Burlington.

I prioritized getting this video out ASAP and agree with the comments that the soundtrack isn't the best. I used what I had on hand rather than spend time looking for new background music. I wanted people to be able to assess damage from safety using this video and stay out of these areas. That took precedent over the music. Appreciate the feedback from everyone.
