With nearly two decades of experience as a practicing dietician, Shweta has founded three health and nutrition brands, which include prominent personalities like Deepika Padukone, Katrina Kaif, Rakul Preet Singh, Sakshi Dhoni, and sports personalities Gautam Gambhir and Harbhajan Singh

Shweta has a postgraduate degree in Dietetics and Applied Nutrition from Nirmala Niketan, Mumbai. She says she was always determined to show people the power of what they eat, and to guide them towards a healthier lifestyle. A mother of two young children, Shweta quit her full-time job in 2011 and began freelancing.
