This developed by having some water spill on the passenger side floor which I though was a leaking heater core. Instead I found a broken radiator and a broken coolant reservoir.

This is a short video showing you guys how to replace your coolant reservoir, lower radiator hose and radiator on a 2002 Nissan Maxima. I believe this applies to most 4th gen Nissans as well as 5th gen Nissans.
