Join me as I ride in the Herd Age Group Racing "No Spring Chickens" loop through the Zwift Greatest London Flat. Categories were broken down by age. We were squarely in the 40-49 category, riding alongside some really fit "older" riders. I am particularly impressed with the fitness of the 50-59 crew. It was a mass start, with almost 90 riders duking it out for bragging rights in the AARP Cup. So, it made for some great racing along the way. Watch the ride to see if I manage to pull through okay, or if I break a hip instead...
