This guided meditation is 18 minutes, but a few minutes can already be beneficial. It can be done sitting or lying down as well while you use your mind's eye to follow the points of awareness. It's great for learning the principles of chi kung posture, or it can be a relaxing and energizing bodyscan.

We are also introducing our novel approach to applied chi kung with the background music. It is both a meditation in and of itself and a demonstration of our artform.
