This MTG lot from Ebay looks like it might have been pulled from an actual LEGIT storage unit find! Why do I think that? Because they didn't even use the words "Storage Find" in the listing!

#1 What app do you use and how do you get it to show up on your screen?
Scanning app is the TCG Player app, available for Android and iPhone. I use an app called Vysor to cast my phone to my PC, then I use Xsplit to capture the parts of the phone I want to show.

#2 Where do you sell all the cards you get?
