Video of this channel contribute in legal awareness generation. This is kind of free legal advice. High courts in india are live streaming. Gujrat high court, patna high court, ordisha high court, karnatka high court and MP high court are to name a few. Especially mp high court with its different benches, indore high court, gwalior high court, jabalpur high court come live every day.
Taking the inspiration from these, we started youtube channel, dothenyay. Nyay means Justice in HIndi and we put Dothe as prefix to make it actionable. We found that these youtube justice, law, advocate, kanoon etc. naming channels are doing wonderful awareness generation on law. Supreme court's motivation to high courts has started showing results. General public is being made aware of the facts, as to what happens in high courts, judges getting angry, lawyers argue, petitions are submitted, divorces are granted, abducted girls returned, Police officers of even IPS rank answering in court, IAS officers who are at some places called District magistrate or collector present in court, judges questioning every one they spare no one.
These videos have made Judge Ashutosh Kumar from Patna HIgh court or Rohit Arya the judge from Gwalior HIgh court bench are popular like small time public figure. Judge commands respects, people see not only the hard, tough side of law but funny side as well, Judge's sarcasm, sarcastic remarks, lawyers funny moments every thing is being watched.
We still dont see some high courts' live streams, bilaspur high court,up high court or uttar pradesh high cour,chndigarh high court,hyderabad high court and above all delhi high court along with bombay high court.
In live not only advocate, lawyers, police officers, IPS officers, IAS officers deal with law but even general public. Earlier to know law you need to be not only literate but with live videos from high courts its accessible and easier for the illustrate. Law videos help understand law, its kind explainters, answering different questions of law. Question like what is suicide in law, what is section 306 and section 309 has to do with suicide. Most popular among crime reaches courts is murder, section 302 is invoked in it but section 34 is for associate in murder.
Court has got different procedures of law,how file a case, what is ipc, crpc, how bail application is written, what is interim bail is, what is anticipatory bail,what is suspention of sentence, why propitiation is withdrawn, what is writ pittition, what is habaes corpus, what are the courts power under section 226, what is the section for high court to accept writ.
At the end we thank supreme court and high courts for their decision and we assure that we will use it as content to build up on and contribute in legal awareness generation by abiding rules and law.
