Enjoy London, in Halloween mode = Halloween 2024.

We begin our journey, at Plaistow Station "to see the ruddy great change, the area has recently undergone." Then its off to The London Borough of Kensington & Chelsea = And Elgin Crescent, London W11 "which really does go all out, with the Halloween theme." The street, was also home to two historical figures, who have blue plaques "we cover those first." Then, its into full Halloween mode, as we enjoy a spookily & very well decorated, Elgin Crescent.
