It always baffles me to see all the garbage and nothing being done about it. It only cripples the community to lead them to believe that it is normal. How do you feel things should be done about this? How are places like Makati, Araneta City, Siargao, and all clean places in the Philippines able to maintain cleanliness? Why can't there be a "no litter" policy, and fines be implemented? How difficult can this be?
