Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Balls
Ingredients--
24oz of powdered sugar
1 stick of soft butter
28oz of Peanut Butter
Wax Paper
Toothpicks
2 bags of 24oz of Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Mix Peanut Butter, Butter and Powdered Sugar until the mixture is no longer sticking to your hands.
Roll into balls-- size of your choice, and place on a wax paper lined cookie sheet.
Insert a toothpick 3/4 into the ball
Freeze overnight
Melt chocolate chips in double boiler
Dip frozen balls into chocolate, remove excess chocolate and lay on a wax lined cookie sheet
Remove toothpick
Freeze
Serve
