Speaking exclusively to R&M TV, The process as far as the repayment orders are concerned, there is a window of 45 days which is given to the builders to repay. These are mostly the case where there is s gross delay in completion of the projects and the buyer has in the meanwhile decided not to continue with the project. After that 45 days normally the buyers put in an application saying they have not yet received the money, even in civil courts there is an application for execution. Once we are aware that this has not been complied with, a final 15 days’ notice is given to the builder and if it is still not complied with, coercive actions like issuance of recovery certificate, etc are resorted to. We have able to pay almost Rupees 4 crore which have been recovered and given to buyers
