On 15 March 2025, we held our St. Andrews Heat with StAnza: Scotland's International Poetry Festival! Katie Ailes hosted the event and our Sacrificial Poet was last year's regional champion Donna Matthew. Our judges were Donna Matthew, Kevin Mclean, and Tim Cresswell.

Our Sacrificial Poet Donna Matthew is a poet, performer, facilitator and producer from Paisley. She set up poets in Paisley in 2021, is the current Makar for the Scottish Womens National Team Poetry Society and her debut pamphlet 'Remembering Myself' was published by Seahorse Publications in May 2024.
