As Industrial Designers, effectively communicating our ideas is a core competency, and engaging with various stakeholders to gain their buy-in is crucial for the success of every project.

With the increasing prevalence of video content on social media, people have become accustomed to consuming easily digestible visual content. This shift means that relying solely on traditional PowerPoint presentations during key project milestones may sometimes fall short.

As part of my New Year's resolution in 2022, I committed to learn @blender.official to enhance my visual storytelling skills. By the end of the year, I seized the opportunity to merge my passion for filmmaking with my newly acquired Blender skills to contribute to the creation of an internal pitch deck for the Signature Slim Keyboard MK950.

Despite facing tight deadlines and working with a minimal budget, we decided to get creative by utilizing our office space. We gathered references, crafted a storyboard, and developed a shot list.

We set up a testing environment to experiment with different angles and editing techniques using existing products. This preparation ensured that everything would run smoothly on the day of the actual shoot. We had only a few hours before the model was scheduled to be shipped off to the Business group.

Although the result may have appeared somewhat amateurish, it successfully achieved its goal and generated internal excitement for the product.
