In this video, I will introduce three tofu dishes, often referred to as a Japanese superfood. Then, I’ll share three types of miso soup, including one that can be made using a microwave. I’ll also show two vegetable-based recipes and, finally, the process of making homemade natto.

[Tofu Hamburger Steak]
**Ingredients** (For big batch)
1 kg Ground meat
500 g Tofu
1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
2 Small onions
1 Carrot (optional; you can also use celery)
1 tsp Nutmeg
2 Eggs
3 tsp Chicken stock powder
1/2 tsp Salt and pepper
Oil: for cooking

[Demi-glace-style sauce]
Tomato sauce: 2 tbsp
BBQ sauce: 2 tbsp
Water: 1 tbsp
Butter :1 tbsp

[Teriyaki sauce]
Sake: 2 tbsp
Mirin: 2 tbsp
Soy sauce: 2 tbsp
Sugar: 2 tbsp
Starch: 1 tsp

[Japanese-style garlic sauce]
Sake: 2 tbsp
Mirin: 2 tbsp
Soy sauce: 2 tbsp
Grated garlic: 1/2 tsp

Directions:
1. Drain the excess water from the package and place the tofu in a bowl
2. Add Panko breadcrumbs
3. Finely chop the onions and carrot and sauté them in a pan over low to medium heat
4. Add the cooked vegetable to the tofu and breadcrumb mixture along with the ground meat
5. Crack two eggs into the mixture and mix everything well
6. Add nutmeg, chicken stock, and salt and pepper then mix until it becomes pale in color
7. Shape the mixture - Toss it in your hand to remove air *Make a small dent in the center
8. Put oil in a frying pan and heat it well before placing the patties in it
9. Cook one side of the patties for 3-4 minutes until it has a nice charcoal color
10. Flip the patties and add a little water and steam them. Cook for another 3-4 minutes
11. Make sauce and enjoy the hamburger steak!
