নুরুল হক নুর বাংলাদেশের একজন ছাত্রনেতা। ২০১৮ সালের কোটা সংস্কার আন্দোলনের সময় বাংলাদেশ সাধারণ ছাত্র অধিকার সংরক্ষণ পরিষদের অন্যতম যুগ্ম-আহ্বায়ক হিসেবে তিনি আলোচনায় আসেন। তিনি ২০১৯ সালের ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় কেন্দ্রীয় ছাত্র সংসদের (ডাকসু) নির্বাচনে সহ-সভাপতি (ভিপি) নির্বাচিত হন। তিনি রাজনৈতিক দল 'গণঅধিকার পরিষদ' প্রতিষ্ঠা করেন। বর্তমানে তিনি ছাত্র, যুব ও প্রবাসী অধিকার পরিষদের সমন্বয়ক ও বাংলাদেশ গণ অধিকার পরিষদের সদস্য সচিব হিসেবে রয়েছেন।
