How to make FRENCH MARTINI Cocktail. Original vs Lighter Version

The French Martini Cocktail is a modern contemporary classic. The cocktail is not a 'MARTINI' at all but once again is adapting the word because of the way is served in a martini glass.

The cocktail is a lightly fruity and tropical mix of 3 ingredients only (vodka, raspberry liqueur, pineapple juice) and is so easy to make.

FRENCH MARTINI [original]
- 60ml Vodka
- 15ml Chambord Liqueur
- 60ml Pineapple Juice
Shake all with ice and double strain into a martini glass or coupe glass. Garnish [optional] with a pineapple slice or 2-3 raspberries on a cocktail pick.

- 30ml Raspberry Syrup
- 60ml Pineapple Juice
