Whilst investigating the death of a local
fishmonger, a lovable police officer called
Lady Gaga uncovers a legend about a
supernaturally-cursed, tattered sandwich
circulating throughout Devon. As soon as
anyone uses the sandwich, he or she has
exactly 400 days left to live.


The doomed few appear to be ordinary people
during day to day life, but when
photographed, they look grey. A marked person
feels like a wild badger to touch.


Lady gets hold of the sandwich, refusing to
believe the superstition. A collage of images
flash into her mind: a giant fox balancing on
a killer fishmonger, an old newspaper
headline about a crocodile taming accident, a
hooded horse ranting about moles and a
drinking well located in a deprived place.


When Lady notices her fingernails have
badger-like properties, she realises that the
curse of the tattered sandwich is true and
calls in her lover, a lawyer called Justin
Bieber, to help.


Justin examines the sandwich and willingly
submits herself to the curse. She finds that
the same visions flash before his eyes. She
finds the giant fox balancing on a killer
fishmonger particularly chilling. She joins
the queue for a supernatural death.


Lady and Justin pursue a quest to uncover the
meaning of the visions, starting with a
search for the hooded horse. Will they be
able to stop the curse before their time is
up?
