A Harp Twins original Christmas/Jul/Holiday song! We wrote both the music and the lyrics of Norsk Jul. This original song pays homage to our Norwegian heritage. We wanted the song to evoke an old-world feeling of winters past. We considered filming the video inside an old Scandinavian cabin, but when we stepped into this old growth Norway Spruce forest, we felt like we were transported to a mystical, timeless world. The forest even has its own climate – it was noticeably colder inside the forest than outside and the air was slightly misty. The sound that you hear in the video intro is the actual sound from the forest… You can hear the evergreens whispering in the wind. We are incredibly excited to share this original song with all of you.
