100g tomato puree
Salt to taste
Chili flakes
Pepper powder to taste
200g Paneer
½ cup milk
½ tsp sugar
½ tsp garam masala


Butter Chicken
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 2
1 tsp oil
½ tsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
1 tsp kasuri methi
200g boneless chicken
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
100g tomato puree
½ cup water
Salt to taste
Pepper powder to taste
½ tsp garam masala
1 tbsp butter
Kasuri methi to garnish

Poha
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 1

Ingredients:
½ cup chopped onions
¼ cup green peas
½ cup roasted peanuts
Few Curry leaves
1 tsp chopped Green chillies
1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Pepper powder to taste
Chili flakes
1 cup poha
