Jo faces a tough assignment when she agrees to move into the home of single mom Kelly Steer. Kelly's two young children have pretty much destroyed the family home. Out-of-control four-year-old Callum and five-year-old Sophia dominate the house. They fight with each other, refuse to eat properly or sleep at bedtime and destroy their bedrooms. Worst of all, they have been known to physically attack their mother. No-nonsense Jo wastes no time enforcing a massive family rethink, beginning with a major tidy-up. She introduces her radical "toy confiscation" technique, which involves reducing the number of toys to ten and taking an additional toy away every time a child misbehaves. Jo combines this with plenty of warnings for bad behavior and a "naughty corner" where the children are sent until they apologize. Tears and tantrums ensue in full force as Jo struggles to enforce her strict routine. Even Kelly finds it hard. Can Jo make her mark this time, or will it all prove too much for the Steers?
