This video is a side by side comparison of two different types of closure: Lace & silk base. When it comes to closures it depends on your personal preference as an individual . The silk base closure is simply a lace closure that has a silk base beneath it
From my personal experience I found out that the lace closure lays down very flat compared to the silk base and looks more natural when the knot is properly bleached even though the silk base its suppose to look more natural , the base does not look any thing close to any African American scalp or even a woman of colour. Its looks so unnatural even when the knot is bleached.
