These exercises help to build stamina, reduce anxiety, and promote relaxation, which can improve sexual endurance. Here are some common exercises:

1. Kegel Exercises
Purpose: Strengthen the pelvic floor muscles (also called pubococcygeus muscles or PC muscles).
How to Perform:
First, locate the right muscles by trying to stop the flow of urine midstream.
Once located, tighten and hold the muscles for 5 seconds, then release.
Repeat this 10–15 times in a set, aiming for 3 sets per day.
2. Stop-Start Method
Purpose: Train the body to control arousal levels and delay ejaculation.
How to Perform:
During sexual activity or masturbation, stop stimulation when you feel close to climax.
Wait until the urge decreases, then resume stimulation.
Repeat this 3–4 times before allowing ejaculation.
3. Squeeze Technique
