1. Do spinal screenings. Go out into your community and host external marketing events. Offer people free screenings to demonstrate the advantages of getting chiropractic care.

Chiropractors often consider public screenings one of the most uncomfortable marketing activities to do. But community screenings give you a great return on your investment of time and effort. Even if you only do one screening event per year, you’ll definitely attract and introduce yourself to future patients.

2. Send referral letters. This is an internal marketing practice that you can easily set up and systematize.
Right after you see new patients, send them a letter welcoming them into your practice. End with an invitation and an offer encouraging your new patients to refer you to their family and friends.

3. Show up online. Some of the most effective chiropractic advertising is seen on social media. What happens when you Google your practice?

Use search engine optimization to make sure you rank well on platforms such as Google, YouTube, and Instagram. Ask satisfied patients to write positive reviews on Google, Yelp, Facebook, and the like.

4. Host lunch-and-learn talks. This powerful marketing approach lets you educate different groups in an intimate, friendly setting about the necessity and benefits of chiropractic treatment.
