First take empty Pan and add butter, add chopped garlic, add Biryani leaf, add black pepper seeds, add onions, add carrot slices, add beetroot, and now let this get roasted for at least 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes take this entire thing into a mixie jar and make it into a liquid paste. What the liquid paste Again back to a empty pan and roast for 2 minutes. Add little water to make the soup little more juicy.

Now I am sugar and salt to enhance the taste.
Transfer into a bowl add some roasted bread slices and enjoy your delicious hot soup.
