• Access the Campaigns tab to track outbound campaign metrics
• Monitor connection rate, average handle time, average wait time, and abandon rate
• Filter out ineffective calls by setting an effective call duration minimum
• Use the Dispositions tab to understand call outcomes
• Distinguish between system dispositions (e.g. invalid numbers, no answer) and agent dispositions (e.g. Successful call, Call back later)
• Customize disposition reports based on agents or outcomes
