I need to preface this with "all my research was done before hand"! So I took my idea which was;
"A old Alchemist/ anthropologist home study quarter, left to decay from inactivity and neglect"

Okay so part 2 breaks down the process of colour keys, which I like to do relatively early in development, because not a lot of detail is required its all about the mood you're setting. I normally use layouts from other artists in the pipeline but this time as it's my own I use sketches from the first video and create some more here too!

I experiment with different moods, but I think I landed a few I like. Now from here I will start designing the final area (probably a single room) based off the story I want to tell. I will do a isometric technical drawing with some material references & some quick dynamic sketches of the environment looking for a great finished render shot!
