Can Ashes Of Creation Cutscenes Keep Us Engaged?

Ashes of Creation has a huge leg up when it comes to cutscenes. They can search the entire MMORPG genre to see what has worked well for other games. If this game is going to be as big as we project, cutscenes will be a vital part of their success.

I think the first time we see a really well put together cutscene from Ashes of Creation, it's obviously going to be hype because every 1st game cutscene/cinematic is usually gas. My question is, can they continue on with that?
